여러가지 악기를 다루는 법을 배우고 다양한 음악을 접하면서 자라온 KINGMCK. 그의 활동은 음악작업, 디제잉을 통해 많은 갈래로 나뉘어진 장르의 벽을 허물고자 노력한다.
평소 그가 존경하던 DJ MEHDI의 작업물로 이루어진 DJ MEHDI TRIBUTE, 이 믹스 SET을 들으며 아티스트간의 서로가 주는 영감과 음악적 영향에 대해서 다시 생각해보는 것을 권장한다

KINGMCK was brought up learning how to play different instruments and thus came across various kinds of music. His background inevitably led him to have a career as a DJ. His music strives to break down the walls of differing music genres. In order to cherish the memory of the recently deceased, DJ MEHDI, KINGMCK has compiled some of his favorite pieces to create this "DJ MEHDI TRIBUTE" mixtape. Through this, you can get a taste of what to expect from KINGMCK at Global Gathering Korea 2011.
